5. Payment and Billing

  • All payments must be made in advance and are non-refundable.
  • Subscription services automatically renew until canceled.
  • Clients must submit cancellation requests at least three days before the next billing cycle by emailing support@adfliq.com.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • Adfliq reserves the right to feature client websites, designs, and marketing materials in its portfolio, case studies, and promotional efforts unless otherwise instructed by the client.
  • Clients grant Adfliq permission to use their logos, trademarks, and website content for SEO and marketing purposes.

7. Non-Disclosure Agreement

  • Clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of Adfliq’s proprietary information.
  • Publicly criticizing Adfliq or its employees on forums, blogs, or social media is not permitted.
  • Breaching this agreement may result in legal action or financial penalties.

8. Copyright Protection

  • Adfliq retains copyright protection over all materials published on its website.
  • Users may download and distribute content for non-commercial purposes, provided they retain copyright notices and refrain from modifications.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Subscription fees are charged automatically and renew until canceled.
  • No refunds, prorated refunds, or credits will be provided for canceled subscriptions.
